LETTER OF REFUSAL

Friends, now i wanna give you a example of Letter Of Refusal.
This letter usually made for someone who have to refuse an enquiry from the other.
So here it is :


Dear Mr. Pirani,

Proposed Leather-Board Industry-Dacca.
Thank youfor your detailed letter of June 6th. After careful censideration we regret that we are unable to help you in setting up a special plant for local manufacture.

In theory, your project is an exciting one but we fear that in practice the volume you mentioned is insufficient to justify the necessary investment.

However, if you would like to reconsider the project, you might prefer to act as a distributor of our products in Bangladesh.


Thank you again for your enquiry. Should you decide to proceed with your original plan, we would like to wish you every success in the future.
